Roll Forward Session - Added the ability to use the course catalog to add new course offerings to the set of course offerings for the term being rolled forward. -- This is should only be used after all course offerings for all subject areas have been rolled forward because it will cause problems with courses that are crosslisted across subject areas. -- This is only useful if you have loaded the course catalog table for the term you are rolling forward. -- If course subpart table is populated this will use that information to set up a default instructional offering configuration with the appropriate subparts. -- All course offerings created will be marked as not offered.
