UniTime Documentation License Agreement

UniTime documentation is distributed under GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.3. UniTime Online Documentation Copyright (C) 2007 - 2011, UniTime LLC Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify these documents under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.3 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, no Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover Texts. A copy of the license is included in the section entitled "GNU Free Documentation License".

UniTime Contributor License Agreements

In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with all contributions from any person or entity, UniTime LLC must have a Contributor License Agreement on file that has been signed by each Contributor, indicating agreement to the license terms below. This license is for your protection as a Contributor as well as the protection of UniTime and its users; it does not change your rights to use your own Contributions for any other purpose. There are two versions of the Agreement: UniTime Individual Contributor License Agreement that allows an individual to submit Contributions to UniTime, and to grant copyright and patent licenses thereto. UniTime Software Grant and Corporate Contributor License Agreement that allows an entity (the "Corporation") to submit Contributions to UniTime, to authorize Contributions submitted by its designated employees to UniTime, and to grant copyright and patent licenses thereto.
