For end users (i.e., educational institutions that use UniTime) we answer a reasonable amount of support emails for free, usually within a day or two. On top of that, we offer additional services for a fee.

Vendors who plan to sell services based on UniTime open source software and would like to receive support from UniTime LLC (North America) or UniTime, s.r.o. (the rest of the world) should contact us to establish a support/maintenance agreement.
